I'm Zhi Rong, founder of Modern Armoury. I started this company in 2018 to help teams build identity through custom apparel. Years in corporate roles—executive to digital transformation manager—showed me a recurring pattern: talented teams sacrifice improvement for daily operations. "We will improve this later." Later never comes.
